He has been a part of the staff since 2008. Graduated at the Polytechnic University of Tirana in Geodesy, he has participated in important projects that the company like:

• Installation of WEB-GIS System at ATP (Property Treatment Agency);
• Installation of the WEB-GIS System at the Albanian Road Authority (ARSH);
• Field Evidence of Illegal Construction (ALUIZNI);
• Update and Documentation of the Territorial Boundary of 61 Municipalities;
• Immovable Property Registration Project in the Coastal Areas of Albania;
• Design and Implementation of GIS Information to support the real estate compensation in Devoll river cascade process by Devoll Hydropower.

He has a very good knowledge of computer software that is applied in the topographic field especially of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He has performed on time and with the requested quality all the work he has been assigned to:

• Creating different maps;
• Initial registration of immovable property (Maminas);
• Gen Plane;
• Road projects;
• Survey on all scales;
• Processing and organizing different maps;
• Processing of data in GIS system;

Has a very good knowledge of computer software:

• Operating System: Windows 7 & 10
• MS-Office 2003-2017, Adobe Photoshop etc.
• CAD/GIS: ESRI's ArcMap 9.x, ArcMap 10.x, Quantum Gis, ArcView 3.x, AutoCad Map 2016, etc.

Education:

• 2006-2010 Bachelor degree in Geodesy Ingeneering, Faculty of Civil Engineering;
• 2010-2012 Master of Science in Geodesy Ingeneering;
• 2013 Course on Immovable Property Valuation.
